I popped into Priceline last week and came away a happy girl when I spied these beauts for only $19.
I was a little skeptical about any nail polish claiming to set like a gel but this actually has and I only have one chip after a week, which isn’t so bad at all. It’s the Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Polish in B-Girl which is the prettiest teal colour. I popped 3 coats of the gel on and then cured with the curing polish.
This polish claims to give you gel-like nails without needing to cure under a UV lamp. The top coat is said to react with natural light and “cure” the polish to give you up to 2 weeks of shiny, chip free wear. They also say that you don’t need a base coat but I wore one anyway (just in caseies). While I’m finding their staying power great, they don’t have that shiny quality that you have after a traditional gel manicure… BUT they do come off with your average nail polish remover so if you want a gel manicure on a budget – meet your new best friend.
Have you tried the Miracle Gel Polishes?
