H&M Preview New Line

H&M SS 2016

H&M LAUNCH NEW COLLECTION

H&M have just launched their latest Spring Summer 2016 line in Europe. When their latest collection landed in my inbox I was a little disappointed that I don’t still live in Europe. I did however remind myself that I am travelling to Ireland for a wedding in two weeks so I don’t have too long to wait before I can get my hands on it! H&M, I’ll be visiting with you shortly.

For my Australian readers, I’m not sure when this will hit Aussie stores.

The womens wear collection launched on February 18th 2016.

The collection offers everything you would need on whatever journey you will be making this summer whether a holiday or just general life – Adventure is a massive theme. Functionality has been an essential part of the collection which also features sportswear (crop tops, leggings, hooded outerwear).

The pieces are elaborate yet laid-back: spaghetti strap striped dresses with handkerchief hems, maxi skirts, and printed kaftans with over-sized tie fronts.

The entire collection offers an effortless wardrobe where everything can be packed into a backpack; halternecks, bikinis, draped shorts, floaty dresses and hoodies. Perfect for summer.

The key pieces include Yarn-dyed stripe workwear blazers, native print dresses, patchwork jeans, spaghetti strap dresses, a frontier shirt with drawstring sides, summer jacquard sweater, off-white leather trousers and a kaftan with oversized tie details.

Take a peek at some of my favourite pieces:

I love the holiday vibes seen throughout the collection. I also like that H&M have worked sports luxe into their offering. Everyone knows sportswear is the COMFIEST! The entire collection looks really comfortable and stylish which is a rare combination.

The primary colours featured are sun-faded tones, yellow, red, green, off-white, eggshell and tie-dye neutrals.
