I got last minute tickets to The Rolling Stones Concert in the Hope Estate last weekend. Like literally at 4pm for a 7:30pm show. Never in a million years did I think I would be listening to the stones live, while sipping on a glass of wine in a vineyard! Planning my outfit was a little hard given, that I got tickets so last minute. I’m talking three hours before the event kicked off, so in the end, I went for what I’m calling ‘Vineyard Chic’.
#OOTD: What I Wore:
Dress // ASOS
Shirt // Jeanswest
Wedges // ASOS
Sunnies // Ray Ban Wayfarers
Heart Necklace // Gift from my boyfriend
Watch // Michael Kors & Pink FITBIT Watch
Bracelets // Links of London & Thomas Sabo Charm Bracelets
I love this dress! Its really ‘flowy’ in real life, its from the ASOS own brand collection. I wouldn’t usually pick a floral pattern but I really love this. The back is lace up so you don’t need to be teeny tiny to fit into it. The downside to the dress was, that on the night, there was a bit of wind and I’m nearly certain I flashed a couple of innocent bystanders!
Flashing aside, this is the perfect dress for a hot summers day.
The shirt I picked up in Jeanswest in Dubbo for $60. It really has become a staple of my wardrobe so even though it’s a little bit more than I wanted to spend on a shirt, it is quality that counts.
The wedges are my favourites at the moment but because they are salmon suede, I’m literally that bitch that doesn’t want to ruin her shoes when wearing them – very annoying for Colm! I love the cork detail, it’s so unusual! and the colour naturally makes my legs look longer -winning. I’ve been spraying them with Scotch guard and I’m happy to report that they have yet to mark despite being to the Rolling Stones!
What would you wear to The Stones?
