What I Wore: To the Pub – Styling Tank Tops, Flowing Skirts and Miss KG
Last Friday, we were invited out for a friends Birthday drinks. I had about 30 minutes after work to get changed. I was really feeling Tank Tops, Flowing Skirts and Miss KG and this is the outfit is what I chose. Greek goddess meets normal human being.
The skirt is from ASOS. I picked it up in their sale for $12. I also picked it up in khaki green because it was so cheap. It has a slit up the side, which shows just the right amount of leg. I wore a white tank from Cotton On with it. My necklace is from H& M, bracelet is from Penneys Ireland. The bracelet has travelled with me for years as it is so versatile and looks great with pretty much anything. The sandals are by Miss KG, part of the Kurt Geiger brand. They are my favorite pair of sandals for the summer – so comfy (super soft leather) and the perfect pop of colour. I also love the fact they are beautifully beaded.
In summertime, I’ve been wearing super neutral make up. I’ve changed my routine to include primer and setting spray so my make up isn’t sliding off my face an hour in so I’m just wearing Chanel foundation, Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer, Benefit Dandelion blush and Zoeva Lip Crayon in Silly Love, eye make up is Urban Decays Naked Palette 1 and mascara is Too Faced Better Than Sex.
